If you encounter technical issues that prevent you from using our Vehicle Data APIs effectively, and our support team is unable to resolve the problem within a reasonable time, you may be eligible for a refund of the affected subscription period.
1.3. API Data Inaccuracies
Our Vehicle Data APIs are designed to provide accurate and up-to-date information. If you can provide substantial evidence that the API data contains significant inaccuracies, you may be eligible for a refund. You must supply valid documentation to support your claim.
1.4. Duplicate Charges
In the event of accidental duplicate charges for the same API subscription, please contact our support team for a refund.

Refunds will not be granted based on the volume of API requests made during a subscription period. API usage is the responsibility of the subscriber, and refunds will not be provided due to underutilization.

In the event of a refund being granted, your access to the Vehicle Data APIs for the affected subscription period will be terminated.
